This piece was originally written for a children's choir to sing on Easter Sunday (with accompanying piano, bass, percussion, and trumpet). The choir had some children who primarily spoke English, some who primarily spoke Spanish, and some who were bilingual in these two languages. After the choir sang the piece in two services (one service in English, the other in Spanish), the congregation joined in singing the refrain. The piece is simple enough that it can be taught by ear.
